I’m here to help. Let’s do this together.

WALK & TALK CONSULTATIONS

  • This is where all designs begin.

After a phone conversation, I will conduct preliminary research and study the maps of your land before the date of our walk-and-talk.

Once we meet on your land, we will observe and discuss together.

As we have this informal conversation, we can explore the options of more comprehensive planning or coaching packages and talk about next steps.

The Walk-and-Talk can serve as a stand alone process and may be all that you need. There is no obligation to do more.

  • 1 ½ - 2 Hours

    • Help you see your land through the lens of permaculture.

    • Identify existing plant communities

    • Address specific concerns

    • Uncover opportunities for improvement.

    • Provide practical, actionable solutions that benefit both you and your ecosystem.

    • Assess priorities

    • Consider feasibility of goals

    • Identify patterns to explore

    • Downloadable POV-perspective audio/video recording of our conversation.

    • Downloadable audio-only recording

    • AI-generated notes, summaries, and a transcript to reference later.

    • A custom topographic map of your land (both color printed 11×17” prints and digital).

    • Aerial drone-captured photography.

  • $500 with optional add ons:

    • Soil testing

    • Additional map prints
