HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

I will come to your land and apply a holistic lens of observation to help you discover the potential problems and opportunities unique to the inherent characteristics of your specific site.

WALK-AND-TALK CONSULTATIONS AT YOUR SITE

This is where all designs begin.

After a phone conversation, I will conduct preliminary research and study the maps of your land before the date of our walk-and-talk.

Once we meet on your land, we will observe and discuss together.

As we have this informal conversation, we can explore the options of more comprehensive planning or coaching packages and talk about next steps.

The Walk-and-Talk can serve as a stand alone process and may be all that you need. There is no obligation to do more.

PRICING: 1.5 hour on-site meeting for $225.

LABOR FOR HIRE

Do you need help with a particular project — there’s a good chance I can help!

I have tools, experience, and a lot to offer. I love working alongside clients who need an extra set (or more) of hands with projects on the land. We can collaborate and learn from one another. I can also help to manage work parties where your friends and neighbors help out as well!

Common projects include (but not limited to):

  • Building garden beds or herb spirals

  • Worm composting, bin systems, chicken-integrated compost

  • Construction of garden infrastructure (arbors, trellises, garden beds, pathways)

  • Chicken coop/run construction

  • Duck ponds with drains

  • Sourcing/transporting poultry flocks

  • Starting seeds/planting

  • Invasive species identification and management

  • Forest management

  • Pruning trees and shrubs
